Shipping policy

Where we ship: ATHERIS currently ships within India only. We ship from Kollengode, Palakkad, Kerala.

Couriers: Orders are shipped with India Post or Delhivery, depending on your pin code.

Processing and delivery: Every relic is inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Standard shipping (₹49) usually takes 8 to 11 business days. Free shipping on orders of ₹900 or more usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Once your order ships, we will share tracking details by email.

Shipping charges: Standard shipping is a flat ₹49 per order. Shipping is free on orders of ₹900 or more. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery is available for most pin codes. If a COD fee applies, it is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at labs.atheris@gmail.com with photos of the package and the item. See our Returns & refunds policy for details.
